Jaydaar is an artisanal Sri Lankan fashion house dedicated to preserving the venerable heritage of wax-resist batik. Founded on the principle that ancient crafts deserve modern relevance, we collaborate with master artisans in southern Sri Lanka to create timeless slow-fashion garments.
Every piece is drawn by hand using heated molten beeswax, immersed in specialized cold dye vats, and sun-dried along coastal breezes. From synchronized couple matching sets for weddings to architectural waistcoat co-ords and statement sarongs, our creations represent slow craftsmanship at its pinnacle.
